The faculty of Engineering at the Egypt University in Alamein (EUA) aspires to become a leading hub for innovative engineering education and applied research at the national, regional and international levels. The faculty aims to develop competent engineers capable of driving sustainable technological development through creativity, entrepreneurship, and global partnerships.

The faculty aims to prepare competent, innovative, and ethical engineers capable of driving technological advancement, conducting impactful research, fostering entrepreneurship, and serving the community through sustainable and responsible engineering practices in collaboration with academic and industrial partners.

Faculty Objectives

1.

Developing modern, accredited academic programs that integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application to meet the needs of local and international labor markets.

Building distinguished student capacities equipped with leadership, entrepreneurship, critical thinking, and creativity skills, while supporting the establishment of technological projects aligned with the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

3.

Enhancing applied scientific research and engineering innovation in the fields of smart systems, energy, and digital manufacturing to contribute to sustainable development.

4.

Establishing strategic partnerships with national and international industrial and academic institutions to enhance opportunities for training, employment, and technology transfer.

Fostering an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset among students and faculty members and supporting the development of emerging technological projects that serve the knowledge-based economy.

Improving the university’s infrastructure including laboratories, workshops, and facilities equipped with the latest technologies to ensure an outstanding educational and research environment.

Bachelor's degrees

Based on the recommendation of the Faculty Council, the Egyptian University in Alamein awards a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree under the credit hour system in one of the following engineering disciplines:

Other programs (major or minor specializations) may be established at the college in the future in accordance with the provisions of the Private Universities Organization Law and the Law Establishing the Egyptian University in Alamein and its internal regulations.

Obtaining a bachelor’s degree requires the student to successfully complete 144 credit hours, including general requirements (university requirements), core requirements (college requirements), and major requirements.

The university may add new scientific departments and/or academic programs to the faculty and grant new Bachelor of Science degrees in engineering in accordance with the provisions of the Private Universities Organization Law and after fulfilling the requirements of the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities. Each program is responsible for teaching and conducting research related to the courses of this program, and some general and basic courses are also taught.
